Supporting Indigenous Church Planters and National Missionaries is a Biblical concept that cannot be ignored. In Acts 11:29-30, the Christians of Antioch determined to send support to impoverished pastors and churches in Judea, the Apostle Paul was one of the men chosen to carry this support to these churches. The Bible records that Paul, from that time on, began the practice of collecting support from New Testament churches and distributing that support to other churches in need.
NOW Ministries is simply trying to follow the example that the Apostle Paul left us in the scriptures. (I Cor. 16:1-3; II Cor. 8, 9, 10) We identify Indigenous Church Planters and Missionaries in closed access nations and impoverished areas of the world, who desperately need financial help. Our team then work as liaisons to raise the support that these men of God need to feed their families and build their churches for the Glory of God. Each Pastor and Missionary is Baptist in Doctrine and is already involved in ministry as a Church Planter.
Accountability is maintained in several ways. Regular reports are sent by the church planters to the office and passed on to those who support them NOW Ministries Evangelist travel to the field on a regular basis to work with the church planters and evaluate their ministry.
You can make a tremendous difference for the cause of Christ worldwide by helping support these men. Most of these Indigenous Pastors and Missionaries only need $30.00 to $100.00 per month to ensure the growth of their ministry. You can join in with many other Christians and Churches who are helping to spread the Gospel in countries where Americans cannot go. For a list of the countries in which NOW Ministries has Nationals available for support contact our office.
NOW Ministries represents a partnership between Indigenous Church Planters, Fundamental Baptist Churches, and concerned Christians for the purpose of carrying out the Great Commission. Would you prayerfully consider being a part of this worthy effort directed at reaching the world with the Gospel of Jesus Christ?
